Adam brings more than three decades of experience in global capital markets, with deep expertise in index construction, ETF ecosystems, and institutional allocation frameworks. His career includes senior roles at MSCI, Morningstar, J.P. Morgan, and Merrill Lynch Asset Management, working closely with global asset managers, asset owners, and exchanges on capital allocation and market structure.
This experience led to the creation of Batik Capital, focused on positioning Southeast Asian issuers within the institutional frameworks global investors use to allocate capital.
